Make sure you eat within one hour of getting up in the morning. Your body has run out of food because you haven't eaten for at least eight hours. You need energy to be able to function during the day.
Make sure you consult Omega 1, Omega 2 and Omega 3 for each meal. Always must have a protein, carbohydrate and a fat together in each meal. We Mighty Bites always like to be together!
Make sure you eat at least every 5 hours. If you go longer than five hours your pancreas starts getting worried because the most important hormone of the body, insulin, starts getting panicky and causes problems for the body.
Always check your plate. Put protein on 1/3, then fruits and vegetables on the rest. If you do this your meals will be Nature's Mighty Bites approved!
